 Nuro, Upi…PASISIMULAN  NA SA LUNES  ang  programang pang-edukasyon o Alternative Learning System  para sa mga  out of school youth sa bayan ng Upi, Shariff Kabunsuan na nagkakaedad ng labinglima hanggang tatlumpong (15-30) taong gulang.

Labing-limang Instructional  managers ang mangangasiwa sa  labing-apat na community base learning centers kabilang ang Barangay  Darugao, Ranao Piayan, Rifao, Bantek, Rempes, bayabas, nangi, Kibukay, Sefegefen, Kinitaan at Kibleg na may tig-isa habang tatlong  community based learning Center naman sa barangay Blensong.

            Ito ay programa ng local na pamahalaan , kaagapay ang  Synergeia: (see-ner-hee-yuh) Foundation, Education Quality and Access for Learning and Livelihood Skills (EQuALLS) Phase 2 (EQUALLS 2) at USAID.
