“A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR AMENDMENT

                                                                 OF SECTION III , ORDINANCE NO. 04 S. 2003 

            WHEREAS, North Upi Motorized Sikad Operators and Drivers Association filed its petition for fare increase to this August body due to the relentless price increase of gasoline;
 

            WHEREAS,  consultation was made by the  Committee on Transportation with the riding public and favorable response was attained;    

NOW THEREFORE, considering premises presented and on motion of Hon. Alexis M. Platon seconded by the majority, it was;

            RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED to enact Municipal Ordinance No. 004, s. 2008.

“THE AMENDED FARE MATRIX OF NORTH UPI MOTORIZED SIKAD

OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION (NUMSODA)”
 

Section I.  TITLE – This Ordinance shall be known as Fare Matrix of North Upi Motorized sikad       

                                 operating in Upi, Shariff Kabunsuan.

Section II.  SCOPE AND COVERAGE – This fare Matrix is applicable only to registered motorized    

                                 sikad operating in Upi, Shariff Kabunsuan.

Section III. AUTHORIZED FARE MATRIX – Following is the fare matrix duly authorized as basis by motorized sikad operators:

OTHER FARES: subject to the agreement of both parties. (drivers and passengers)

Section IV. PENALTY FOR VIOLATORS -  Over charging of fees will mean impounding of Unit for 72 hours and drivers will render public service for 8 hours.

Section V. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE – any Ordinance not in accordance hereto are deemed

repealed;

Section VI.  EFFECTIVITY -This Ordinance shall take effect immediatelyafter its publication when duly approved. upon approval.
