Nuro, Upi. Shariff Kabunsuan…Mapanganib na para sa mga bumibiyahe ng  Upi patungong Cotabato City vice versa,  gayundin ang mga dumaraang biyahero mula sa South Upi, Maguindanao at Lebak, Sultan Kudarat  dahil sa pagkabitak ng  konkretong kalsada  sa boundary ng Barangay Mirabat Nuro, Upi, Shariff Kabunsuan.

Ang nasabing kalsada ay bahagi ng National Highway at ang pamamahala, pagsasaayos ay nasa  Department  of Public Works & Highways (DPWH) ARMM,

“Ang magagawa ng  lokal na pamahalaan ng Upi ay gumawa ng report at rekomendasyon sa DPWH ARMM”. paliwanag ng Upi Municipal Engineer Gerardo Cariño.

Matatandaang noong Disyembre 1 , 2007, bumaligtad sa bahaging ito    ang dumptruck ng DPWH dahil din na nabitak na bahagi ng kalsada.

Ang lahat ng dumadaan ay ingat na ingat  at nahihirapan ang mga sasakyan na kargang mabibigat dahil umuuga na ang lupa.
