Moon sighting para sa pag-uumpisa ng Ramadan, All Set Na-  Darul  Ifta

Nuro, Upi (July 28, 2011)  HANDANG-HANDA na ang Darul Ifta ang  committee para  sa  moon sighting ng bagong buwan  sa July 30,  sa araw ng Sabado at kung masisilayan saan mang bahagi  ng bansa  ang buwan,  ay ito na ang  hudyat na mag-uumpisa na ang   Ramadan.

Ang Ramdana ang buwan ng pag-aayuno ng mga Muslim.

Ang basehan ng mga Muslim sa pagsilay sa bagong buwan ng Ramadan ay ayon sa sinabi ni    propeta Muhammad (ang kapayapaan ay sumasakanya): “Huwag magsimulang mag‑ayuno hangga’t hindi ninyo nakikita ang bagong buwan, subali’t kung maulap, buuin ang tatlumpung araw ng buwan ng Shaban -ang buwan na sinusundan ng Ramadan, at huwag titigil  sa pag-aayuno  hangga’t hindi ninyo nakikitang muli ang bagong buwan .”

Mag-aayuno ang mga Muslim sa buong buwan ng Ramadan. Hindi kakain at iinum ng tubig ang mga Muslim sa buong araw at iiwasan din nila ang mga bagay na maaaring makapaglabag sa kanilang pag-aayuno.

Sa panayam ngayong umaga ng DXUP FM kay  Ustadz Jaafar Alih ng Darul Ifta, ( ang committee na naatasan para sa pagobserba sa bagong buwan,) kong masisilayan ang buwan sa gabi ng Sabado ay mag-aayuno na sa Linggo at  kung sakaling hindi naman makikita ang buwan sa takip silim ng Sabado ay sa   Lunes August 1 ang mag-uumpisa ng pag-aayuno.

Pinapayunahan naman ang lahat ng taga Upi  makinig sa announcement sa mga  radio  station sa mga oras na ika-pito hanggang ika-siyam ng gabi  nitong Sabado para sa official announcement ng Darul Ifta.

Samantala ang programang Duyog Ramadan sa DXUP FM na maririnig mula ika-lima ng  hapon hanggang ikapito ng gabi ay  muling  ilulunsad ni station manager Mario Debolgado. Inilunsad ang Duyog Ramadan  walong taon na ang nakakaraan,  bilang pakikiisa sa mga kapatid na Muslim  na nag-aayuno.
